The Bible says in Isaiah 43:19 -
"Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth; Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness And rivers in the desert"

There are two types of knowledge that are necessary for the success of this world in which we live - learned knowledge and earned knowledge or more commonly known as book sense and common sense.

Many people spend a great deal of time in traditional educational classrooms and upon completion of the required course hours, they are rewarded with the certification that they in turn frame and display for verification of ability to perform the tasks aligned with the degree.

Today a high school diploma is not sufficient to go beyond entry level employment, a bachelor's degree is not sufficient to become what one majors in and a master's degree places one in a much larger pool of competitors than ever before.  For most, continuing on to the Ph.D. level is not an option and in some cases not relevant to the success they desire.

Then there are others that obtain the minimum required education (high school diploma or certification) and discontinue traditional learning at that point.  However, many of these individuals seem to excel to levels far greater than those with traditional education.  The only problem is that people do not readily recognize their "expertise" without the credentials.

The current condition of the world is calling for a new credentialing system and those that have "common sense" as a result of experience are excelling. Some times education is not enough.  It may be time for you to reach out for experienced sources to help you with those that have been entrusted to you.  There are people that have had experiences that were designed to equip them for future service.  We have the God-given ability to encourage, empower, educate and equip others using the tools we have been awarded by Grace.  I am one of those individuals and God has given me the direction to encourage others to go Beyond the Walls to assist those that are at risk for droppinng out of school, incarcerated, re-entering from the Corrections system, recovering from alcohol and/or drugs, homeless, within or surviving an abusive relationship and others that are misguided, undereducated, at risk and disadvantaged.

I have a Ph.D. in Survival, a MS in Motivation, a BS in Confidence, an AAS in Esteem and a Diploma in Determination. I am extremely qualified and undeniably skilled to help others graduate from the Universities of Patterns, Poverty and Excuses.

Has your school, ministry, agency or organization reached a point of needing to consider new ways to encourage, empower, educate and equip your students, congregation, staff or clients?  It is time to contact
